When considering a campground, consider your budget. Get a wide variety of rate quotes, from national state parks to military parks to privately owned RV and tent camp sites. Before making reservations, be sure to get brochures and a contract in writing. If you live near the campground, visit the campsite to ensure cleanliness and helpfulness of staff.
